Maynard Jackson and North Atlanta ran away with the 2024 Atlanta Track Classic boys and girls titles. Fourteen performances achieved the MileSplit U.S. first team standard and 43 met the second team standard.

Jaguars athletes finished first in eight events, second in four events, and a scoring position in 16 events. Maynard Jackson was lifted by multi-scorers Cameron Moore and Rashad Smith. Moore won the boys’ shot put and discus Jacob Pullen was a double dipper winning the boys’ 1600 m and 3200 m runs. Rashad Smith earned 26 individual points for second-place finishes in the 100 m/200 m and first place in the 400-meter dash. The junior sprinter achieved the MileSplit US Second Team standard

North Atlanta received 88 points from multi-scorers Catherine Townsend (26 pts –  1st 1600 m and 3200 m, 3rd 800 m,), Mia Stimpson (34 pts – 1st Triple Jump, 2nd 100 m, 300 mH, Long Jump ), and Kayleigh Stargell (28 pts 1st 300 mH & Long Jump, 2nd Triple Jump). The Lady Warriors swept the top three spots in the girls long jump, won the 4×400 meter relay, and picked up second and third finishes in the 4 x 800 meter relay and 4 x 100 meter relay.
